01Which deck width should I pick?
Shoe size is a good start: up to EU 40, try 8.0". EU 41–44, try 8.25". Bigger feet or bigger transitions, go 8.5". When in doubt, 8.25" does a bit of everything.
02How much is shipping?
Free on orders over €60. Below that it is a flat €4.90 within the EU. Orders placed before 2 pm on a weekday leave the same day.
03Can I return something?
Yes — you have 30 days to send back anything unused in its original packaging. Gripped decks and ridden wheels cannot be returned.
04Do completes arrive ready to ride?
Yes. Every complete is assembled, tightened and test-rolled before it ships. Unbox, push, grin.
05Hard or soft wheels?
Hard (99A) for skateparks and smooth ground, soft (78A) for rough streets and cruising. The Wheel Lab page has the full story.
06Is SKAPOW a real brand?
