As the festive season approaches, we want to ensure you have all the information you need to plan ahead and keep your packaging supply uninterrupted.

To help you prepare, please take note of our Christmas opening hours. Placing your orders early is the best way to avoid any delays and ensure your stock arrives when you need it as it is important to us that we continue to deliver high service standards through the festive period.

Bespoke Orders

Bespoke orders placed after 12th December 2025 will be subject to a lead time of 20–22 weeks for deliveries to the UK and 22–24 weeks for deliveries to the EU/IR. During the holiday period, orders received before 11:00 am will continue to be delivered within D1–D4 for England, Ireland and Wales, and D1–D5 for Scotland. Customers with an existing extended lead time should allow one additional working day on top of their current schedule.
